Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath launched a series of citizen-centric services today to enhance urban governance and prepare for the upcoming Kumbh Mela. The services were introduced at the Prayagraj Nagar Nigam office in collaboration with Prayagraj Smart City.

- Enhanced Accessibility: Updates on public amenities like toilets and water points via the PMC 24×7 app.
- Digital Pilgrim Assistance: Interactive tools to guide visitors on event schedules, transportation, and essential services.

In his speech, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted that the new services would streamline governance and improve the Kumbh Mela experience for all visitors. “This initiative will ensure a smooth, spiritual, and organized event, blending cultural pride with modern technology,” he said.
