On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to address a special session of Guyana’s Parliament, marking a significant milestone in his global diplomatic journey.
This address will be the 14th occasion on which PM Modi will speak at a foreign legislative body, solidifying his position as the Indian Prime Minister with the most foreign parliamentary engagements.
