Parliament Security Breach Case: A Delhi court has given 30 days time to the Delhi Police in the case of breaching the security of the Parliament House and has asked the police to complete its investigation in the matter within 30 days. In fact, the Delhi Police had filed an application seeking extension of time to complete the investigation. The Special Cell of the Delhi Police is investigating the breach of Parliament security. The Delhi Police had sought an additional 45 days from the court to complete the investigation in the case and said it would file a chargesheet after that. The court has given Delhi Police 30 days to complete the investigation. Let us tell you that on December 13, 2023, some people created a ruckus inside the Parliament. He also sprayed yellow paint in Parliament. Demonstrations were also held inside Parliament and outside Parliament House.
Earlier, the Patiala House Court had given 45 days time to the special cell to complete the investigation into the matter. In this case, Delhi Police has registered a case under UAPA. At that time, the police had asked for 90 days to complete the investigation. The police said that the matter is very sensitive and some reports are awaited. The court had ordered the Delhi Police to complete the investigation by April 25, 2024. Along with this, the court extended the judicial remand of all the accused for 30 days. The court had noted that apart from UAPA, the police had also registered a case under Section 186/353/452/153/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Let us know that the police have so far arrested 6 suspects for violating the security of Parliament. The police have also conducted polygraph, narco and brain mapping tests on him to find out his true motives. The police said that the accused did this to become famous. The accused wanted to do something big. However, they could not succeed in their goal. The police have named Manoranjan D as the mastermind behind the whole case.
