Explosion at Bundelkhand Gaurav Mahotsav: ADG Zone Prayagraj Bhanu Bhaskar says, “Four people have died in the incident. An FIR has been registered against three people. Ex gratia of Rs. 5 lakhs would be given to the family of the deceased.”
