PM Modi Breaks His 11 Day ‘Anushthan’ After Successful Consecration Of Ram Mandir

PM Modi breaks his 11 day Anushthan

Following the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi broke his 11-day fast known as ‘Anushthan’ on Monday. After Govind Dev Giri Maharaj fed him “Charanamrit,” a delicious beverage made with milk used for rituals, he broke his fast.

PM Modi’s commitment was also commended by Govind Dev Giri Maharaj for finishing his 11-day rites. On January 12, PM Modi declared that he would begin an 11-day special ritual fast that would last until Ram Lalla’s consecration ceremony in Ayodhya. The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for being there at what he called a “historic” and “auspicious” event in an audio message that was uploaded to his official YouTube page.

Only 11 days are left for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of the Ram temple. God created me to represent the people of India during the consecration. Keeping this in mind, I am starting a special ritual for 11 days from today,” he said in the audio message.
