Dense fog enveloped Delhi today, bringing visibility down to zero and severely disrupting flight operations at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that very dense fog had been affecting the airport since the early hours of the morning with Runway Visual Range (RVR) on all runways measuring between 125 to 175 meters, necessitating the use of CAT IIIB operations for takeoffs and landings.
