On Tuesday, the Congress unveiled its platform for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. The ‘Jan Ghoshna Patra’ manifesto was released at the state party office by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Party in-charge for Rajasthan Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, State Party President Govind Singh Dotasra, Chairman of the Manifesto Committee CP Joshi, and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot.
“The Rajasthani people would be pleased with the manner we have handled the state’s financial condition… In Rajasthan, the per capita income has gone up by 46.48%. Our goal is to become the country with the highest per capita income by 2030. The state GDP hit 19.50 in 2020–21, the greatest level in the last ten years, Gehlot stated during the press conference.
In the event that the Congress is reelected, Gehlot has already made seven “guarantees,” or pledges, to the people of Rajasthan.
Among the seven “guarantees” are
1. A yearly honorarium of ₹10,000 is guaranteed by the Griha Lakshmi Yojana for the female head of the family.
2. LPG cylinders for households ranging from ₹500k to 1.05k.
3. Purchase of manure for ₹2 per kg from cattle rearers with the Gowdhan guarantee.
4. Legislation for the previous government employee pension plan.
5. Tablets or laptops are given to students applying to government colleges.
6. Insurance that covers up to ₹15 lakh per household for education in the English language and natural disaster damages.
7. The ₹25 lakh to ₹50 lakh Chiranjeevi health insurance policy will be implemented.

Rajasthan will go to the assembly election on November 25 and the counting of votes will be held on December 3.
