White House Lists ‘365 Wins’ Under Trump’s First Year Of Second Term

The White House described Trump’s first year back as delivering ‘transformative results’ in several key areas. Border security was central, with negative net migration reported for the first time in 50 years, illegal crossings at their lowest since the 1970s, and over 2.6 million undocumented migrants removed.

Policies included resuming border wall construction, reinstating the ‘Remain in Mexico’ programme, ending ‘catch-and-release’, and deploying National Guard and active-duty troops.

Trump’s administration claimed the largest one-year decline in US homicides in history, alongside reductions in violent crime, drug overdoses, and law enforcement fatalities.

Federal task forces and stricter action against transnational gangs improved urban safety.

The White House highlighted that strong GDP growth, falling inflation, record stock market highs, lower gas prices, rising blue-collar wages, tax relief measures, and reshored manufacturing investments strengthened the economy.

These measures boosted domestic prosperity and created jobs, particularly benefiting native-born Americans.

The administration reduced the US trade deficit to its lowest since 2009 through tariffs and renegotiated agreements, while energy policies emphasised record oil and gas production, LNG exports, and regulatory rollbacks to lower costs.

Trump’s team claimed to broker peace in South Asia, including India-Pakistan engagement, and took assertive measures in the Indo-Pacific and beyond.

Alliances were strengthened, conflicts de-escalated, and sanctions enforced on adversaries.

The administration implemented sweeping federal changes, cutting diversity offices, reducing regulations at a record pace, and curbing wasteful spending.

The White House stated that the first year marks only the beginning of Trump’s second-term agenda, with further policy initiatives and executive actions expected.
