Popular Brazilian bodybuilder on Instagram, age 33, passes away from cardiac arrest

Following a liver hemorrhage, a 33-year-old doctor in Sao Paulo passed away from a cardiac arrest, according to a report from CNN Brasil. Popular on Instagram, Dr. Rodolfo Duarte Ribeiro dos Santos shared pictures of himself working out at the gym. The doctor’s workplace issued a statement, which the outlet published, refuting the claim that the doctor’s use of anabolic steroids caused his death. “The doctor and bodybuilder suffered a cardiac arrest following a haemorrhage resulting from an adenoma (a type of benign tumour) in the liver,” the statement stated.

The outlet added that he passed away on Sunday, November 19, in a private hospital.

With over 10,000 followers on Instagram, the bodybuilder Caroline Sanches was recently engaged to the star.

Ms. Sanches was employed as a nutritionist at the Abbas Duarte clinic in Moema, which is located in the southern region of Sao Paulo, where Dr. Santos was a partner.

If Dr. Santos was getting treatment for the tumor, it is unknown.

He frequently shared pictures from his everyday life, such as moments at the gym and with his fiancée. Additionally, Dr. Santos would display the amazing outcomes of his patients as well as those of other bodybuilders and athletes to whom he provided coaching.

Dr. Santos graduated from the Federal University of Sao Paulo with degrees in both sports medicine and exercise physiology.
