Israeli Attack In Lebanon Kills 2,255

The Israeli attack in Lebanon has killed 2,255 people since the outbreak of conflict with Hezbollah on October 8, 2023. Additionally, the Lebanese health ministry reported that injuries have climbed to 10,524.

On Friday alone, Israeli attack claimed the lives of 26 individuals and left 144 more injured, according to reports from the ministry.

In response, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that approximately 90 rockets and missiles were fired into northern Israel on Saturday. Most of these projectiles originated from Lebanon. The attacks targeted areas including Haifa Bay, specifically the port cities of Haifa and Akko, as well as the Galilee region.

The IDF confirmed that some of the missiles were intercepted, and fortunately, no casualties were reported in Israel. Additionally, two drones launched from Lebanon were also intercepted.

Since late September, the Israeli military has intensified its attacks on Lebanon amid escalating tensions with Hezbollah. This escalation raises concerns about the potential for a wider conflict, especially as violence continues between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip.
