The turmoil at the location of Trevor Noah’s Bengaluru performance, which had to be canceled due to technical difficulties, was described in detail by Trevor Noah. On September 30, when playing in Mumbai, he spoke about his ordeal in Bengaluru.
Noah described the Manpho Convention Centre in Bengaluru, where the concert took place, to his Mumbai audience as a “semi-permanent tent” and said that dogs in cages were barking on the route leading up to it.
He complained about the uncomfortable sitting and the hot air being blown by the air conditioners. Due to the venue’s poor audio quality, the audience was unable to hear the performance.
Noah discussed Bangalore traffic and the challenges he encountered getting to the location in a comedic manner. Several video clips from the concert in Mumbai show Noah making jokes about his time in Bengaluru. According to the News Minute story, Noah declared that he would undoubtedly return to Bangalore and India.
“Typically, there is an entrance…through which you enter the backstage area before you take the stage and perform. The majority of the canines we encountered as we strolled through this alley were caged, according to Noah.

In reference to the videos, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, the founder and chairman of the Indian pharmaceutical company Biocon Ltd., wrote on X: “Bangalore’s chaotic situation has offered ample material for Trevor Noah’s future shows. We have no hope left for the administration, @JointCPTraffic, @BBMPCOMM, @CMofKarnataka, or @DKShivakumar if this doesn’t wake them up.
The Bengaluru performance, which was canceled, was scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m., but it started around 40 minutes later than anticipated and was cut short when numerous audience members expressed frustration with the performers’ inability to be heard. Noah himself arrived at the location about 20 minutes late because of traffic.
