A group of commuters on a Mumbai local train transformed their mundane journey into a memorable experience with an impromptu performance of Sonu Nigam’s 1997 hit song ‘Yeh Dil Deewana’. A video capturing their spontaneous jam session quickly went viral, even prompting a heartfelt response from the singer himself.
The video starts with a passenger in a blue shirt singing the melodious track inside the bustling train. Gradually, other travelers join in, creating a harmonious atmosphere. As the camera shifts, an elderly man is seen tapping on the train wall, emulating the sound of a tabla. The video, shared on Instagram with the caption “Art finds its place everywhere,” resonated widely.
In just three days, the video amassed over 9 million views on Instagram and attracted a flood of positive comments. Moved by the heartfelt rendition, Sonu Nigam expressed his delight in the comments section, writing, “How beautiful. Give me such happiness. God bless everyone.”
Actor-singer Sushant Divgikr also commented, “Lovely to see them having so much fun and as a result entertaining fellow passengers. Bless them abundantly and may their vibe attract more and more people to be authentic and free to express themselves through art.”

So they enjoy while commuting to work.”
