In the realm of Instagram food trends, there’s always a blend of the bizarre and the eye-catching. But what happens when cooking takes an unexpected and seemingly perilous turn? Recently, a peculiar culinary endeavor caught the attention of social media users and even a food delivery giant.
The spotlight fell on a video featuring tech influencer “@lets_tech_official” as he embarked on a daring culinary experiment: crafting mini aloo parathas on the surface of a CPU. Sounds risky, right? Surprisingly, the process appeared rather harmless, resembling the conventional method of making these beloved Indian flatbreads.
The video kicks off with the creator delicately drizzling oil onto the CPU surface, deftly spreading it around. Then, he prepares the aloo paratha filling and encases it within the dough. Skillfully shaping the dough into circles, he places the mini parathas onto the hot, oiled CPU. With tweezers in hand, he carefully flips the parathas until they achieve a delectable golden brown hue. It’s a sight as appetizing as any paratha cooked in a traditional pan.
However, amidst the culinary spectacle, the creator issues a stern warning to viewers: “Do not try this at home.” He also divulges that a previous experiment involving cooking an omelette on the CPU served as the inspiration for this unconventional method.

Unsurprisingly, social media users were both astounded and amused by the video. Comments flooded in, with one user quipping, “CPU: Central Processing Unit ❌ Cooking Parantha Utensil ✅.” Even Swiggy, a prominent food delivery service, chimed in with a witty remark: “Mom’s cooking ❌ Motherboard cooking ✅.”
Amidst the laughter, one user humorously lamented, “Instructions unclear: how do I explain the sticky mess inside my PC to my dad?” Another inquired, “Do you take catering orders for weddings?” Clearly, the intersection of technology and culinary innovation never fails to spark a conversation.
