Even though getting to this far-off paradise involves preparation, the voyage itself is an experience.

How to travel to this magical location is as follows:

By Air:

Air travel is the quickest and most practical method of getting to Ladakh. Leh’s Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport has good connections to important places, including Srinagar, Delhi, and Mumbai. The trip provides breathtaking aerial views, which establish the tone for your time in Ladakh.

By Bus:

Private and public buses run between Leh and a number of North Indian cities, including Delhi and Manali.

By Road:

The most popular road routes to Ladakh are the Manali to Leh Highway and the Srinagar to Leh Highway. However, both roads are only open from June to September. Manali and Leh are separated by a distance of around 490 kilometers, and the trip takes about 2 days. Along the trip, travelers frequently stop in areas like Keylong and Sarchu for breaks. Driving is another option for getting from Delhi to Leh. Depending on the route you pick, the trip may take 3 to 4 days.
