DDA Housing Scheme 2023
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has unveiled its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023,’ featuring 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxurious penthouses, in prime locations like Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. The registration process for these properties begins today and operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Prospective buyers can explore flats across various income groups, including Super High-Income Group (SHIG), High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The DDA has set diverse price points, ranging from ₹11.5 lakh for EWS flats to ₹5 crore and beyond for penthouses.
Notably, this housing scheme marks the first time the DDA is offering over 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses, and HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B with a picturesque view of the Golf Course.
Luxury flats, including some MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram, will be available through an e-auction mode. Meanwhile, 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, 316 LIG flats, and 1008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, along with 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram and over 28,000 flats in Narela across various categories, will be offered through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.
Presently, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, with the remaining 8,500 slated for completion within the next six months, as per PTI reports.
