Reliance Foundation: Reliance Foundation is calling for applications for its prestigious postgraduate scholarships designed to nurture world-class talent. According to a press release from Jio, this opportunity has been extended to first-year postgraduate students in nine fields of study with the aim of reimagining and driving India’s development. The application period is open till December 17, 2023.
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships are in line with the rapid advances in technology, including digital, renewable and new energy and biotechnology. Its primary goal is to nurture future leaders who can foster innovation and develop solutions in these areas for the greater good. Reliance Foundation CEO Jagannath Kumar emphasized the role of scholarships in enabling India’s youth to shape the country’s progress in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
According to the information, the top 100 students selected for the scholarship will be given up to Rs 6 lakh for the entire duration of their studies. Additionally, they will participate in a holistic development program that will include interactions with experts, industry exposure and volunteer opportunities. Scholarship recipients will be selected through a rigorous selection process that includes application assessment, aptitude testing and interviews with leading experts.
This opportunity is available to first year postgraduate students in India pursuing full-time courses in the following fields – Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics and Computing, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable and New Energy, Physical Science and engineering, and life sciences.
