The fast-growing TWS market in India is shifting towards feature-rich earbuds combining premium sound with affordability.
In the under Rs 7,000 segment, brands compete to deliver flagship-like performance, and realme Buds Air8 Pro positions itself as a strong contender, focusing on balanced sound, calling and usability.
The key calling feature is a dedicated Voice Processing Unit (VPU) with six microphones.
Using bone-conduction technology, it improves voice clarity by capturing speech accurately while reducing up to 90 dB of background noise, ensuring clearer calls even in crowded environments like streets, cafés and public transport.
Sound quality is powered by an 11mm plus 6mm dual-driver architecture designed to deliver deep bass, clear vocals and detailed instrument separation.
The earbuds also support LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res wireless audio along with a wide frequency range, ensuring richer and more immersive playback across music, films and gaming content.
The earbuds offer up to 55dB adaptive active noise cancellation that adjusts automatically to surroundings, along with a transparency mode for environmental awareness. They deliver up to 50 hours of playback with fast charging support, providing hours of use in minutes.
Features, however, include 45ms low-latency gaming mode, Bluetooth 6.1, wear detection and IP55 durability.
The realme Buds Air8 Pro will be available from 3rd June 2026 across major online and offline platforms at Rs 6,699.
Available in Master White and Master Black, the earbuds aim to deliver a premium audio experience at an accessible price for users upgrading in the budget TWS segment.
