MI vs UPW: The Women’s IPL, also known as the WPL 2023, has reached its final stages. Since the Delhi Capitals are already in the finals, this league is only left with one more playoff match. Tuesday’s final league match of WPL 2023 saw Delhi Capitals defeat UP Warriorz by five wickets at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. In addition, Delhi climbed to the top of the table with the victory, securing direct entry into the final. In the meantime, in the playoffs, UPW will face Mumbai Indians. Delhi reached 142/5 in 17.5 overs, chasing 139 runs, thanks to Meg Lanning’s 39 runs off 23 balls. In the meantime, UPW’s Shabnim Ismail took two wickets. UPW reached 138/6 in 20 overs thanks to Tahlia McGrath’s unbeaten knock of 58 runs off 32 balls. In the meantime, DC’s Alice Capsey took three wickets, Radha Yadav took three, and Jess Jonassen got one out.
Today, Mumbai India will be taking on the UP Warriorz at the DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. It will be interesting to see which team among these two will go on to win the match and reach the finals to play against the Delhi Capitals. The match starts today at 7:30 PM.
