World Cup Final: Motera is ready for a spectacular show

In a stadium that will be filled to capacity, India is vying for a third World Cup victory in this match. On Sunday, all roads lead to the Motera. More specifically, for eight hours, the entire nation and the cricket community at large will be riveted to the Narendra Modi Stadium, the largest stadium in the globe. In a stadium that will be filled to capacity, India is vying for a third World Cup victory in this match.

Three hours before the game begins, thousands of people wearing blue jerseys and face paint bearing the Indian tricolor had already entered, yelling “jeetega bhai jeetega, India jeetega” and adding to the boisterous mood. Simply put, the intensity will increase over the course of the next few hours, with at least a lakh people eagerly waiting to access the expansive venue’s grounds. Once all 1,32,000 of people are inside, it will be the largest spectacle at a cricket ground that has ever been seen.

In addition to the 1.3 lakh Indian supporters and the Australian squad preparing for a match against 11 players, there will be some support for the five-time world champions. A few Australian supporters were also observed on Sunday morning buying shirts from roadside vendors that had Warner and Maxwell’s names on the back.

For the past few days, the excitement has been evident. Throughout the whole Saturday, supporters were congregating outside the stadium’s main gate, much like they would at a holiday tourist destination. The usual response was, of course, to ask for tickets, even though they knew that unless they had a lot of money, their requests would be ignored. The asking price on a resale website for tickets was ₹8,32,918 on Saturday morning.

Clear sky and a slight chill in the air promise a nice Sunday. This will set up an exciting match between two teams with quite different paths to the championship. High-ranking dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be present. Numerous actors from Bollywood and online influencers are also anticipated. Ten minutes prior to the game’s commencement, the Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team, consisting of nine aircraft, will wow the crowd with a fifteen-minute air display.

However, the competition will take center stage around 2:00 pm, and one team will emerge as the global champions after a demanding day of competition.
