    To control stress and enhance mental health, engage in stress-reduction practices like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises.

    Aim for seven to nine hours of good sleep every night. For both mental and physical well-being, getting enough sleep every night is crucial.

  7. Reducing alcohol consumption

    If you do drink, make sure you do it in moderation. Reducing alcohol consumption can lower the risk of a number of illnesses.
