Two law students, Anas Khan and Ayush Aggarwal, have petitioned the Supreme Court to stop the declaration of CLAT PG-2025 results. They allege multiple errors in the provisional answer key and unfair practices in the objection process.
The students claim the provisional answer key, released on December 2, has mistakes in 12 questions. They argue the Consortium of National Law Universities allowed only one day to raise objections and closed the portal by 4 pm on December 3. They also criticize the ₹1,000 objection fee, calling it excessive after paying a ₹4,000 exam fee.
The petition also raises concerns about delays during the exam. It alleges that question booklets were distributed after 2:00 pm, despite the scheduled start time of 1:50 pm. The students want the Supreme Court to review these issues before results are declared on December 10.
The Consortium plans to release the final answer key on December 9 after reviewing objections. The exam, conducted on December 1, was held at 141 centers across India. The petitioners demand transparency and fairness in the process.
