In a ground breaking decision the Ministry of Finance has accepted the request of M. Anusuya for change of her name to M. Anukathir Surya and gender from female to male. In an order issued by the Ministry, authorities have said that office will address her as ‘Mr M. Anukathir Surya’ instead of ‘Ms M. Anukathir Surya’.  “The request of Ms M.
