UP MLA Accused Of Rape, Victim’s Beautician Bid – “Price Had To Be Paid In Lieu Of Fees”, Alleged Audio-Video Viral

A young woman has accused a Prayagraj-based BJP MLA of physical abuse. As soon as this story went viral on social media, it became a hot topic in UP politics. The serious allegation was made by the Beautician against MLA Piyush Ranjan Nishad of Karchhana in Prayagraj.

The victim who made the allegations, according to the complaint letter that has gone viral, owns a beauty parlor.

Furthermore, the victim, according to sources, has filed a complaint with the authorities via letter. The girl is said to have filed a complaint on the CM window as well.

Victim’s Allegations on MLA

The girl making the allegations is a beautician who lives in Prayagraj’s Naini neighborhood.

“Last year on September 5, 2022, she went to Lucknow to do a course related to her profession,” she claims in her complaint letter.

Meanwhile, she sought assistance from the MLA with the help of a friend. The girl has accused the MLA of sexual exploitation by intoxicating her.

“MLA Piyush Ranjan Nishad sexually assaulted me after mixing some intoxicant in a cold drink,” she claims.

The girl claims that the MLA messed with her life.

Alleged video & audio viral

On social media, a three-second video about this topic is also gaining a lot of traction. It is asserted that the man who was allegedly caught in the act was the victim’s purported Karchhana MLA.

Also, three audio files allegedly documenting the interaction between the victim and the MLA have gone viral.

The victim and the alleged MLA appear to be fairly familiar with one another based on their conversation on the recording.

MLA had given the flat

All media stories said that the MLA had secured housing and financial support for the girl.

The Beautician said, “The MLA had also paid a cost of Rs 60,000 for enrollment in the course related to the beautician.”

In addition to this, he rented a flat for the girl to live in Lucknow. The girl claims that the MLA gave her a cold drink laced with drugs and then raped her for two days.

Following this, MLA Piyush Ranjan Nishad sent her back to Prayagraj with his car and driver after receiving the certificate for that course from his institution.

MLA clarification

The MLA has publicly addressed and clarified the girl’s allegations of rape. Piyush Ranjan Nishad has characterized the accusations as unfounded and referred to them as an opposition conspiracy.
