Ballia : UP Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak while targeting SP and Congress said that SP’s PDA means Family Development Authority. Pathak was speaking at a public meeting organized at Ramlila Maidan before the nomination of BJP candidate Neeraj Shekhar. Taking aim at dynastic politics, Brajesh Pathak said that when the SP’s list of Lok Sabha candidates came, the tickets of the entire party were divided between brother and nephew.
“No one knows who will be the next president of BJP. Everyone knows who will be the leader of SP and Congress. The president of SP is from his family and the leader of Congress is from his family,” he said.
Citing former Prime Minister Chandrashekhar, he said that he was a leader of the rural poor. “He was a real socialist. He did not compromise for the post. In 1992, Mulayam Singh had done the work of converting Chandrashekhar’s party into SP. When there was a split in SP, Akhilesh Yadav took over the entire SP.
Whenever there has been a SP government in this state, crime has been rampant. People who commit murder, rape, robbery, robbing the honour of sisters and daughters and rioting have been thriving under the protection of SP.
