Supreme Court to Deliberate on Vikas Yadav’s Plea in the 2002 Neeraj Katara Murder Case

In a pivotal development, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a crucial petition filed by Vikas Yadav in connection with the infamous 2002 Neeraj Katara murder case on January 17. Vikas Yadav, who has been serving a sentence in connection with the Neeraj Katara murder case, is seeking a reconsideration of his situation. His legal representatives find themselves at odds with a petition filed by Neelam Katara, introducing an additional layer of complexity to the proceedings.
