Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on the petition filed by Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha. Now the Supreme Court will hear this matter on December 8. In the last hearing, the Supreme Court had asked Raghav Chadha to meet the Chairman of Rajya Sabha and apologize unconditionally. The court had said, you should meet the Chairman and apologize unconditionally, after which the Chairman can consider it on the basis that he is a young member. In this way a way may be found to end his suspension.
Let us tell you that Raghav Chadha has challenged his suspension from Rajya Sabha in the Supreme Court. He was suspended in August.
