Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat Convenes in Ranchi, Outlines Plans for Ram Navami Festival 2024

An important meeting of the Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat was convened at the Press Club Karamtoli in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where various issues were discussed. The Mahapanchayat urged the general public to display a saffron flag adorned with the image of Shri Ram in their homes. Lalit Ojha, an official, stated that during the significant meeting on Friday, April 5, a resolution was passed to expand the committee of the Hindu organization and ensure the success of the upcoming Ram Navami festival in 2024.

The meeting was attended by delegations from various organizations, including the Ranchi Mahavir Mandal, Chaiti Durga Puja Committee, and several Akharas from Ranchi such as Buti Mod, Badgai, Bariatu, Morhabadi, Raturod, Kachari, Pandara, Hehal, Bajra, Chutiya, Pundang, Argora, Doranda, Birsa Chowk, Kanke, Hinu, Namkum, Samlong, and Kokar. Additionally, youth associated with the intellectual powerhouse of the city participated in the gathering. Lalit Narayan Ojha, the chief convenor of the Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat, presided over the meeting, while Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal facilitated its proceedings, and Sanjay Minocha delivered the vote of thanks.

The agenda of the Mahapanchayat included:

  1. The fundamental objective behind the formation of the Mahapanchayat
  2. Special arrangements for the Ram Navami Mahotsav 2024
  3. Akhara Sampark
  4. Distribution of flags
  5. Organizing weapons firing competitions
  6. Special campaigns in urban and rural areas
  7. Organization of Ustad encouragement and weapons training camps
  8. Distribution of the Mahavir flag from the publicity chariot of Shri Sanatan Mahapanchayat and inviting Ram devotees to witness the Ram Navami festival.

The new committee for 2024-25 was expanded, with individuals appointed to various positions. Additionally, appointments were made for the women’s wing, youth coordination, art coordination, Sarna Sanatan coordination, media wing, office in-charge, Ranchi Metropolitan Convenor, Co-convenor, rural coordination, and social media in-charge.

The Mahapanchayat also felicitated representatives from all organizations by presenting them with body cloths, honoring individuals such as Kishore Sahu, Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, Ravi Kumar Pinku, Deepak Ojha, Shankar Dubey, Ramdhan Verman, Ashok Purohit, Mukesh Pandey, Sanjay Minocha, Pramod Saraswat, Gopal Parikh, Rishi Sahdev, Sujit Singh, Dilip Kumar, Radhe Sinha, Purandar Singh, Randhir Rajak, Santosh Singh, Sanjeet Singh, Rohit Pandey, Manikant, Satish Singh, and Gaurav Bhatia, among others, from various locations.
