Sanatan Dharma Believes In Coexistence And Considers The World To Be One Family: Yogi

Gorakhpur: Holi conveys the message that Sanatan Dharma values coexistence and that the world is one family, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Tuesday in Gorakhpur, where the festival is being celebrated a day after it was observed around the country.

Holi is about joy and hope, as well as constructing an equal and harmonious society, Adityanath, who also leads the Gorakshnathpeeth, stated during the RSS-organized ‘Bhagwan Narsingh ki Rangbhari Shobha Yatra’. The chief minister also asked people not to use colors on individuals who are unwell or unwilling.

The yatra was organized by the Shri Holikotsav committee at Ghantaghar. According to Adityanath, the event reflects the idea of developing a harmonious community, as well as the message that Sanatan Dharma believes in cohabitation, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (the world is one family) and “Sarve Santu Niramaya” (may everyone be free from sickness).

“A secure, happy, and wealthy community is characterized by enthusiasm and optimism. Today, our society is secure and rich, therefore we celebrate the centuries-old custom of Holi with joy and excitement while also expressing thanks for our history,” the chief minister stated.

Only by putting a stop to mutual antagonism and following the road of truth and justice will we be able to build a strong society. He stated that a society cannot be powerful if it is divided.

Adityanath commented on the Holi celebrations at the new Ram temple in Ayodhya, saying, “This year’s Holi is full of new levels of enthusiasm and excitement. After 495 years, Ram Lalla celebrated Holi at Ayodhya, bestowing blessings and grace on the people.” On January 22, a ceremony was held at the temple to dedicate the new idol of Ram Lalla.
