Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Maha Kumbh Nagar in Prayagraj on Sunday, where he engaged with prominent saints and participated in religious and cultural programs. The visit highlighted the Yogi government’s meticulous planning for Maha Kumbh 2025, with several saints lauding the event’s grandeur and smooth execution.
During his visit, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Avdheshanand Giri of Juna Akhara to discuss the ongoing arrangements for Maha Kumbh. He then proceeded to Swarved Mahamandir Trust at Sadafal Ashram, where he interacted with the saint community, seeking their feedback on the event’s preparations.
The saint community expressed their deep admiration for the planning and execution of the event, crediting CM Yogi Adityanath for ensuring that Maha Kumbh 2025 runs smoothly. They praised the government’s efforts to maintain both the spiritual significance and the practical organization of the event, highlighting the seamless experience for devotees and visitors alike.

Later, CM Yogi attended a discourse by renowned Kathavachak Pradeep Mishra in Sector 21, where a massive crowd of devotees welcomed him warmly. The Chief Minister also visited the Prabhu Premi Sangh Ambala Camp in Sector 18, where he spent time interacting with more saints. His visits were met with appreciation for the government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of Maha Kumbh 2025.
The Maha Kumbh 2025, held during the rare and auspicious alignment occurring once in 144 years, has already seen an overwhelming number of participants. Approximately 52 crore devotees have taken a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam, with both domestic and international visitors praising the event’s magnificence. The grandeur of Maha Kumbh has captured the admiration of people from across the globe.
Addressing the gathering of devotees and saints, CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized the government’s dedication to ensuring the seamless execution of Maha Kumbh.
