On Friday, Ravi Kishan, Member of Parliament from Gorakhpur and Bollywood superstar, took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam.
Expressing his joy, he remarked, “This Maha Kumbh, which has arrived after 144 years, is a great blessing. To make this grand and divine event possible, Maharaj Yogi Ji has initiated significant development works.”
“This is indeed a divine Maha Kumbh, and I feel privileged to experience this sacred bath. Those who have not come to this Maha Kumbh on this auspicious occasion, who have not taken a holy dip at the Sangam, it feels as though their life is incomplete,” Kishan further added.
Additionally, Ravi Kishan urged all citizens to visit Prayagraj and participate in the holy bath at the Sangam.
Ravi Kishan praised the Yogi government for its meticulous preparations for the Maha Kumbh. He emphasized that every pilgrim visiting Prayagraj can see the city’s transformation firsthand.
He credited the double-engine government for working together to revamp the entire city.
Highlighting the sacred opportunity that comes once in 144 years, Ravi Kishan appealed to followers of Sanatan Dharma to visit the Triveni Sangam, emphasizing the spiritual merit of taking a holy dip at this confluence.
Addressing opposition parties’ skepticism about the claim of seven crore devotees taking a dip in just six days, Ravi Kishan asserted, “Those who are going to face defeat in 2027 are the ones raising fingers at this grand event. This is an insult to the pilgrims coming for the Maha Kumbh and to Sanatan Dharma.”
He further noted, “What further proof is required? Anyone visiting the Maha Kumbh can witness the massive crowds firsthand.”
Regarding reports of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi potentially visiting the Maha Kumbh, Ravi Kishan commented, “Everyone should come here and take a holy dip.”
