Taking to the social media platform, President Murmu shared a heartfelt message that underlined the deeper significance of Easter.
“Easter greetings to all! On this occasion, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This festival inspires the spirit of new hope and new beginnings. The teachings of Jesus Christ inspire humanity to follow the path of love and sacrifice. May this festival of joy and hope bring peace and prosperity to all,” President Murmu posted.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also marked the occasion with a message to citizens, noting that this Easter holds particular importance as it coincides with the observance of the Jubilee Year.
