The communique confirmed that Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Bihar’s Governor, will now serve as Kerala’s Governor. Arif Mohammed Khan, Kerala’s incumbent Governor, has been shifted to Bihar.
Ajay Kumar Bhalla, a former Union Home Secretary, will take charge as Manipur’s Governor. These changes reflect the central government’s strategic reshuffle of key positions.
