PM Modi To Host Breakfast Meeting With Newly Elected NDA MPs

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will host a breakfast meeting with newly elected NDA Lok Sabha MPs in New Delhi on Friday before the commencement of the upcoming Parliament session.

The gathering is intended to familiarise first-time legislators with parliamentary practices while enhancing cooperation among alliance partners.

Sources indicated that the meeting would focus on legislative procedures, the responsibilities of Members of Parliament and the government’s priorities for the forthcoming session.

The Prime Minister is also likely to stress the need for orderly parliamentary functioning and effective representation of constituency concerns.

Newly elected MPs from NDA constituents, including members of the NCPI supported by TMC legislators, have received invitations to attend the interaction.

The Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena has also invited lawmakers who recently left Shiv Sena (UBT) to participate in the meeting.

The breakfast meeting forms part of PM Modi’s broader outreach efforts aimed at strengthening coordination within the ruling coalition and encouraging active participation in parliamentary affairs.

The event follows a similar interaction on Wednesday, when the Prime Minister met 37 BJP MPs at his official residence during the Monsoon Session.

During Wednesday’s gathering, PM Modi exchanged views on governance and parliamentary matters while sharing his experiences with the MPs.

BJP leaders linked to the NCPI alliance, former AAP members who later joined the BJP, and senior leaders Tarun Chugh, Vinod Tawde and BJP chief Nitin Nabin attended the meeting.

PM Modi advised MPs to avoid Delhi’s ‘web of narratives’ and maintain cordial relations with Opposition members. He also urged legislators to use their time in Parliament productively, learn from the experience and contribute towards the nation’s development.
