PM Modi, Leaders Extend Birthday Wishes To BJP President JP Nadda

On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda a happy birthday. He further praised his ‘remarkable contributions’ to the party.

Taking to X, PM Modi posted, “Birthday wishes to BJP National President and Union Minister Shri JP Nadda Ji. I have known Nadda Ji for years and have witnessed his remarkable contributions to our Party. He has carried out every organisational, legislative and executive responsibility with utmost diligence. He is at the forefront of efforts to ensure a healthier India. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.”

Additionally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah wished JP Nadda a happy birthday, praising his leadership for bringing a period of growth and trust to the organization.

“Heartfelt birthday wishes to BJP National President and Union Health Minister Shri @JPNadda. Under your leadership, the organization is witnessing a beautiful period of expansion and trust. Additionally, you are making commendable contributions to strengthening the country’s health sector under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. I pray to God for your long life and good health,” Shah posted on X.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also sent his best wishes, praising Nadda’s simplicity, humility, and tenacity.

@BJP4India National President Shri @JPNadda ji on his birthday. His simplicity, humility and tenacity is remarkable. He has been instrumental in scripting several success stories for the party. Naddaji is also making commendable efforts in strengthening India’s health sector. Praying for his long and healthy life.”

JP Nadda has been serving as BJP President since 2019 and is currently the Union Health Minister. He also held the position of Health Minister from 2014-19.

Under his leadership, the party contested the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and several state polls. He is currently a Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat.

Meanwhile, in 2010, he became the National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party and was first elected to the Rajya Sabha in 2012.

He began his political journey with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, where he was elected National Secretary in 1989. In 1991, he became the President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
