On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed warm birthday greetings to Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah. He praised Shah for his steadfast commitment to public service and his vital contribution to enhancing India’s internal security.
Taking to X, PM Modi posted, “Birthday greetings to Home Minister Shri Amit Shah Ji. He is widely admired for his dedication to public service and hardworking nature. He has made commendable efforts to strengthen India’s internal security apparatus and ensure every Indian leads a life of safety and dignity. Praying for his long and healthy life.”
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh extended his birthday greetings on X. He lauded Shah’s hard work, determination, and commitment to strengthening India’s internal security while promoting peace and stability across the country.
The Minister also prayed for Shah’s long life, good health, and continued success in serving the nation.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari joined in the wishes, praying for Shah’s long life, good health, and happiness.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also paid tribute, commending Shah’s leadership in bolstering India’s internal security. She highlighted his role in ending the influence of Naxalism and his decisive contribution to the abrogation of Article 370, which she described as a milestone in realising the vision of a united India.
Gupta further acknowledged Shah’s reputation as an organisational strategist and praised his worker-friendly approach. She further expressed confidence that his leadership would continue to strengthen the nation’s security and cooperative sectors.
In addition, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lauded Shah as a leader who embodies discipline, diligence, and organisational excellence. He prayed for Shah’s long and healthy life, noting his remarkable contributions to national service and welfare.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also extended his birthday greetings, wishing the Union Minister good health and longevity.
Born in 1964, Amit Shah has emerged as one of the BJP’s key strategists and a close associate of Prime Minister Modi.
