PM Modi establishes a six-month timeline for finishing the Center’s welfare scheme implementation

According to official sources on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a goal of six months to guarantee that his government’s welfare programmes are fully implemented.
The government announced that in order to contact and enrol people, it will initiate the massive Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra campaign throughout all 2.7 lakh panchayats in the nation.

According to the reports, the drill will start after Diwali in the upcoming month and last for a few weeks. They also said that individuals around the nation will receive specially equipped “raths.”
During a recent Cabinet meeting, Modi urged his colleagues to put in more effort and make sure that worthy recipients of social schemes who have not yet received benefits are contacted as soon as possible.

In a discussion with senior officials, he emphasised the urgency of accelerating the saturation of assistance programmes.
“He said he wants all his schemes to reach full saturation in the next six months,” according to a source.

In addition to skill development programmes and the recently introduced Vishwakarma Yojana, the drive will guarantee the saturation of programmes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Grameen), National Rural Livelihood Mission, PM KISAN, Fasal Bima Yojana, Poshan Abhiyan, Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Janaushadhi Yojana, and the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana.

Modi has emphasised the need to have a large number of social programmes. He claims that this eliminates all forms of discrimination and makes welfare programmes available to all eligible citizens.
The saturation effort coincides with the ruling BJP’s preparations for the Lok Sabha elections, which are anticipated to take place in April or May of the following year. Under Modi’s direction, the party will run for a third consecutive term after securing two consecutive major victories in the general elections in 2014 and 2019.

Speaking to a crowd at the Scindia School’s founding day celebration in Gwalior, Modi stated that his government prioritises welfare initiatives to combat poverty.
He urged the audience to extend a hand to at least one impoverished family.

According to Modi, one should not stop working until all impoverished people are covered by welfare programmes, which include those for housing, cooking gas, bank accounts, and health insurance.
“India has to be made poverty-free. Over 13.5 crore individuals have been brought out of poverty by following this road. If we go in this direction, India will eradicate poverty and develop as well,” he declared.
