Petrol-Diesel 23 December Price: Crude oil prices have registered a decline in the international market today. Along with this, government oil companies in India have released new prices of petrol and diesel on Friday morning, 23 DECEMBER 2022. But once again, despite the fall in the prices of crude oil in the international market, there has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in India.

There has been no change in the fuel price of vehicles in all the cities across the country including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, the prices of petrol and diesel in the national market remain the same.

Petrol-Diesel Price: Oil Prices Were Reduced On May 21

Government oil companies have not made any change in the prices of petrol and diesel today. Oil companies have not made any change in the price of petrol and diesel, giving relief to the common people for the 211th consecutive day. Let us tell you that on May 21, the government had reduced the excise duty on petrol and diesel. After which, after the reduction in excise duty by Rs 8 on petrol and Rs 6 on diesel, petrol became cheaper by Rs 9.50 and diesel by Rs 7 per liter across the country. Since then there has been no change in the prices at the national level. Petrol and diesel prices vary from state to state due to state-level taxes.

Crude Oil Price In International Market

Let us tell you that the ups and downs in the international market have been going on for the last several days. Currently WTI (WTI) crude is $ 78.22 per barrel and Brent crude is $ 80 per barrel. If crude oil is estimated according to liter and rupee, then the price should decrease by more than Rs.33 per liter in 9 months. Even after this, there has not been a drop in the prices of petrol and diesel in the country.

Oil prices also vary at the state level in India, because taxes are levied differently at the state level. You can also know the price of petrol and diesel in your city daily through an SMS. For this, the customers of Indian Oil (IOCL) will have to send the RSP code to the number 9224992249. On the other hand, to check the customer price of HPCL, write HPPRICE <dealer code> and send it to 9222201122. And to check BPCL customer petrol-diesel price, send RSP<dealer code> to 9223112222.
