Naidu Hails PM Modi As Visionary Leader; Predicts NDA Victory In Bihar

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a visionary leader, stating that India is fortunate to have him at the helm.

Addressing the Super GST Super Saving public meeting in Nannuru village, Naidu highlighted the Prime Minister’s pivotal role in implementing next-generation GST reforms, noting that the benefits already reaching citizens are only the beginning.

“Prime Minister Modi ji is a unique leader serving the nation with utmost dedication. I don’t have any doubt that the 21st century belongs to Modi ji. He is the right leader at the right place at the right time,” the TDP President said.

Naidu also spoke of India’s potential to become the world’s number one superpower by 2047, attributing this vision to PM Modi’s leadership.

“I am visualising not only 2047 but beyond that. The foundation PM Modi is laying will shape the coming century,” he added.

The Chief Minister thanked the Prime Minister for supporting Andhra Pradesh in attracting significant investment, emphasising the benefits of the ‘double-engine’ governance model with a proactive Centre and state partnership.

Naidu Confident of NDA Victory in Bihar

In the same event, Naidu expressed confidence that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will achieve a decisive victory in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.

“We are fully confident that NDA will emerge victorious in Bihar and PM Modi’s victory march will move forward,” he said.

Speaking alongside PM Modi, he remarked that every electoral win for the Prime Minister signifies India’s progress. Naidu also offered prayers at the Srisailam temple for the Prime Minister’s continued leadership towards a Viksit Bharat (Developed India).

Highlighting the state’s growth under the double-engine model, he noted that GST 2.0 reforms have reduced taxes on most essential goods to 0–5 per cent, providing relief to households and supporting MSMEs.

Naidu pointed out India’s economic rise from 11th to the 4th largest globally and predicted that the country will become a superpower by 2047. He also praised Operation Sindhur as evidence of India’s growing military strength.

He added that major projects in Andhra Pradesh, including Amaravati’s capital works and the Polavaram dam, have progressed with the Centre’s support.

“The assistance given by PM Modi to the state over the past 16 months has been invaluable,” Naidu said, reaffirming his full support for the NDA government.
