Mastermind Behind Rajput Leader's Murder Escapes India Using 'Dunki' Technique
Rohit Godara, the alleged mastermind behind the murder of Rajput leader Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, reportedly escaped India by utilizing the illicit ‘Donkey Flight’ technique, according to sources. Hailing from Lunakaran in Bikaner, Godara’s current location is unknown, with speculation placing him in Canada. He faces over 32 registered cases across various Indian police stations.
The ‘Donkey Flight’ method, known as “Dunki” in Punjabi and featured in an upcoming Shah Rukh Khan film, involves strategically navigating multiple countries to exploit loopholes in visa systems and immigration regulations. Godara is said to have employed this technique to travel from India to the United States and then subsequently move to Canada.

The murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi occurred on December 5 in Jaipur, where Gogamedi was fatally shot during a conversation at his residence. The exchange of gunfire also claimed the life of Naveen Singh Shekhawat, one of the assailants, while a security guard was critically injured. Godara, associated with Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi’s gangs, has allegedly taken responsibility for Gogamedi’s murder on social media, citing past conflicts.
Police reveal that Godara was involved in extortion activities against businessmen in Rajasthan, demanding sums ranging from ₹5 crore to ₹17 crore. Additionally, he is accused of the murder of gangster Raju Thehat in Sikar last year, a crime for which he claimed responsibility on Facebook, linking it to the deaths of other gangsters. Godara reportedly fled to Dubai on June 13 the previous year, using a fake passport under the alias ‘Pawan Kumar,’ leading to an Interpol Red Notice being issued against him.
