Mahakumbh 2025: Enhanced Facilities And Rigorous Verification For Seamless Experience

The CM Yogi Adityanath-led government is taking comprehensive steps to ensure that Maha Kumbh 2025 is a well-organized and memorable event for all attendees. As part of preparations, camps set up in the mela area are being equipped with essential services such as toilets, potable water, and uninterrupted electricity. To guarantee the proper implementation of these facilities, a robust verification system has been introduced.

To ensure transparency, the Mela Authority has adopted a meticulous system for providing facilities through coupons. The facilities, including basic amenities, will be monitored closely to ensure they are delivered as promised. This approach emphasizes accountability and is aimed at giving devotees a seamless experience during the event.

Three-Tier Verification For Accountability

The verification system will involve three rounds of checks throughout the Mahakumbh, overseen by Sector Magistrates. These verifications, spread across the 45-day event, will guarantee that every institution in the mela area receives the promised services without interruption.

The first round of verification will take place between January 12 and February 4. The second round is scheduled from February 5 to February 12, while the final verification will occur from February 13 to February 26. During each verification, officials will inspect crucial data, including the institution’s name, the number of Kalpavasis, the number of bhandaras (community kitchens) held, the number of sermons delivered, the estimated number of visitors, and the duration of each camp.

Data-Driven Approach For Effective Management

The Prayagraj Mela Authority is also emphasizing a data-driven approach to manage the event efficiently. Information such as land allocation, facility distribution, and activity details will be meticulously reviewed and updated in the system. This will not only ensure that facilities and services are being delivered as per the plan but will also serve as a tool for managing payments to suppliers, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.

By integrating technology with a rigorous verification process, the Mela Authority is ensuring that Maha Kumbh 2025 will be an event of transparency, accountability, and smooth operations, allowing devotees to focus on their spiritual journey without logistical concerns.
