Lok Sabha Polls 2024: PM Modi To Address Public Gathering In Punjab

At the culmination of campaign for Lok Sabha polls 2024 PM Modi is to hold rally in Punjab. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a election gathering on Thursday at Hoshiarpur in Punjab at 11 am.

PM Modi will also visit Kanyakumari from May 30 to June 1 to conclude his election campaign to canvass vote for BJP candidates. He will visit the Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari and perform meditation at the same place where Swami Vivekananda meditated.

As the Lok Sabha poll concludes with the last phase taking place on June 1, Here is the list of major political development that will take place today.

  • J.P. Nadda, the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, is scheduled to speak at two public gatherings in Punjab. One of the gathering is in Amritsar at 11:25 a.m. and another in Faridkot at 1:35 p.m. He will conduct a roadshow later at 3:55 p.m. from Railway Road to Adda Bazaar, Anandpur Sahib, Rupnagar.
  • Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, will speak in public in Punjab and Odisha. He will speak at a public meeting in Balasore, Odisha, at 11 a.m. He will engage with the populace at a village meeting in Nawanshahr, Punjab, later at 4 p.m.
  • Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh will also address two gatherings. He is scheduled to speak in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

In the last and seventh Phase of 18th Lok Sabha Polls 57 constituencies will go to polls. These constituencies are spread across 8 states and UTs including Himanchal Pradesh and Punjab.

Apart from these two states, people will exercise their franchise in other states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Chandigarh as well.
