The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is currently leading in all four constituencies in Himachal Pradesh, according to the latest updates from the Election Commission of India.
In the highly watched Mandi constituency, actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut is leading with 72,088 votes, while Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh is trailing. The Mandi seat holds significant symbolic value for the Congress party as it has been a stronghold of the Virbhadra family. The seat is presently held by Pratibha Devi Singh, widow of the late leader Virbhadra Singh, who won it in a by-election following the death of BJP MP Ram Swaroop Sharma.
Kangana Ranaut commented on her lead, saying, “Those who spoke ill of a woman are now facing the consequences. Mandi has not taken kindly to the insults directed at its daughters. As for my departure to Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh is my ‘janmabhoomi’ and I will continue to serve its people. I have always pledged to work towards PM Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.’ I am here to stay; perhaps, it is someone else who will need to pack their bags.”
Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh, dismissing exit poll predictions as media fabrications, stated, “Today’s verdict will be that of India and Himachal Pradesh. We will match the numbers projected by the leaders of the INDIA Alliance.”

In the Hamirpur Lok Sabha constituency, Union Minister Anurag Thakur is leading with 175,457 votes against Congress candidate Satpal Raizada, according to the latest trends. Anurag Thakur expressed his gratitude to the people of Himachal Pradesh for their support, saying, “Under the leadership of PM Modi, NDA-BJP will form the government again. The Congress party is nowhere near winning 100 Lok Sabha seats. I am thankful to the people of Hamirpur for giving me a strong lead. The results in Himachal Pradesh are in favor of the BJP.”
In the Kangra constituency, Rajeev Bhardwaj is leading with 247,103 votes against Congress candidate Anand Sharma. Similarly, in Shimla, BJP’s Suresh Kumar Kashyap is leading with 89,714 votes against Vinod Sultanpuri of the Congress.
