Provisions for flexible work during the G20 weekend

On September 8 through 10, all public and private offices in Delhi will be closed, and the New Delhi district’s banks and businesses, including markets, will also be closed. As a result, businesses during the G20 weekend announced flexible work practices.

Saumya Khati, SVP and Head of HR at Gurugram-based e-commerce platform Shiprocket, told the news agency PTI earlier this week that the business is completely supportive of the government’s efforts to ensure a successful summit. “In response to the government’s guidance during this event, we have taken proactive steps to provide flexible work-from-home arrangements for our employees in Delhi and for the people travelling from Delhi to our HQ (headquarter) in Gurugram,” Khati said.
