Following an alleged instance of rape by her superior, a 19-year-old security guard working for a housing society in Ghaziabad passed away on Monday, according to reports from the police. Ajay (32), the suspect, has been detained in connection with the investigation.
The incident took place on Sunday, according to the police. As the victim’s health started to decline, her coworkers decided to admit her to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital. Sadly, she passed away from her illness on Monday morning.
The woman, who was from Jharkhand, lived nearby the housing society with her aunt, according to a senior police official. Vivek Chand Yadav, DCP (rural), stated she was allegedly sexually abused by three people in the society’s basement. And she later ingested poison, which caused her to be admitted to Safdarjung Hospital, according to her family.

According to DCP (rural) Vivek Chand Yadav, the woman was not the victim of gang rape, hence the police have filed a FIR under section of rape (376 IPC). He said that no such gang rape incident was seen in film that the police had obtained from CCTV cameras that were installed within the basement.
Chand added that her viscera had been transported to the forensic science laboratory so that it could be determined if she passed away from lung disease or after ingesting poison. Such cases have come up really often. Women, even in this 21st Century cannot work at night and still feel safe about it. They are always worried about someone or the other if they are following the women. Other than that, female employees also have to take care of the intentions of their colleagues.
