Bajrang Punia, the wrestler and Rakesh Tikait, Farmer leader attended The Mahapanchayat organized by the Bharatiya Kisan Union aimed at pressing on the demand of covering sunflower under MSP.
While addressing the Mahapanchayat, many farm leaders accused the government of being ‘anti-farmers’. They are firmly asking for the MSP and they are not in place to put their steps back.

Rakesh Tikait have urged the government to release the farmer leaders who were arrested for blocking the national highway. In addition to this, he is asking for procurement of sunflower at MSP.
