Dr. Manmohan Singh’s Passing Marks The End Of An Era In Indian Politics

Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh passed away on Thursday night at the age of 92. He had been admitted to AIIMS hospital in Delhi earlier that evening in an unconscious state and was declared dead at 9:51 PM. Dr. Singh had been struggling with health issues for some time and had been hospitalized several times in the past.

After his death, Dr. Singh’s body was transported from AIIMS to his residence in Delhi late that night. One of his daughters, who lives in the United States, is reportedly on her way to Delhi to pay her last respects and bid farewell to her father.
