Delhi High Court Tightens Security After Bomb Threat

Security has been tightened in Delhi High Court after a bomb threat was received through email. On Wednesday, an email in this regard was received by the Registrar

General of the High Court. The email was written in the name of Balwant Desai and said that the blast would take place on Thursday. Police are on alert mode after the threat.

On Wednesday, the Registrar General of the High Court received an email in this regard.

The email was written in the name of Balvant Desai and said that the blast would happen on Thursday:-

“I will blow you up with a bomb on 15/02/2024. This will be the biggest blast. You may enhance your security as much as possible and call all the ministers. Everyone will be blown up,” the email read.

This has also lead to an increase of security at the district high courts

Taking the threat seriously, the High Court has increased security in and around the High Court premises. At the same time, emails are also being checked and a security drill is also being conducted in the High Court today. Security of district courts has also been increased. rewrite this article
