Seema Haider’s Husband Ghulam Haider Appeals to Indian Supreme Court for Custody of Four Children

The case of Seema Haider, a Muslim woman who fled from Pakistan with her four children to India, is constantly in the headlines. Seema Haider fell in love with a young man from UP (whose name is Sachin) and promised to leave everything and started living with him in a village here. Now Seema’s husband in Pakistan has demanded legal action against Seema and taking back their 4 children.

Seema Haider’s Pakistani husband Ghulam Haider will go to the Indian Supreme Court. For this, Ghulam Haider has taken the help of Momin Haider, a resident of Panipat in Haryana. Ghulam Haider will file a petition before the Supreme Court through Momin Haider. He will file a petition demanding custody of his children.

Ghulam Haider in Pakistan had broken relations with Seema after Seema Haider came to India. However, he said that he would take back his four children. Ghulam Haider said- ‘I will go anywhere, to any court, for my four children, but I will bring them back. I can’t live with Seema anymore, but I will tell her that you still have time.

I am giving you a chance to come to Pakistan. Nothing will happen to you. You say you will be killed here. I’m here, guaranteeing that I won’t let anything happen to you. You live happily in the house of your brothers and sisters.
