Senior leader of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Rajendra Rathore has termed Congress as a “sinking boat” and said that many leaders are ready to abandon the grand old party. “Intelligent people jumps out of a sinking boat,” Rathore said.

He said that Congress will be in chaos even three days before polls. Pointing out at the Congress leaders who quit the party he said more people are ready to follow suit. There is a delay for the Congress in announcing it’s candidates list and referring to that Rathore said that as poll dates come closer more leaders are to desert the party.
On his own party’s prospects Rathore said that BJP is a cadre based party and it’s workers connect themselves with a mission in mind. Yesterday, the saffron outfit has released it’s second list of candidates with 83 names. Earlier, on October 9, BJP released it’s first list featuring 41 candidates.

However, all is not well with BJP either. As the party is facing resentment in some seats for which the candidates have been declared. BJP has fielded Santosh Ahlawat from Surajgarh and the decision has not gone down well with sitting MLA Subhash Punia and another contender Satish Punia, who was being seen as the front runner. Satish said that he will take the next step after discussing with his supporters.
