Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit the Dhanghata Assembly constituency on Thursday to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 65 development projects worth ₹224.79 crore.
The project aims to strengthen infrastructure, improve public amenities and accelerate development across the region.
According to the official programme, the Chief Minister will arrive at the Baijunathdham Shiv Temple in Baswari village under the Hansar Bazar block at around 4 PM.
During his visit, CM Yogi Adityanath will address a public gathering and interact with local residents.
Of the total projects, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister will inaugurate 17 development works worth ₹54.42 crore and lay the foundation stone for 48 projects involving an investment of ₹170.37 crore.
The initiatives cover multiple sectors and are expected to enhance civic infrastructure and public welfare facilities in the constituency.
Ahead of the visit, Dhanghata MLA Ganesh Chauhan reviewed preparations at the venue along with senior administrative officials. He directed concerned departments to ensure smooth arrangements and adequate facilities for the large number of people expected to attend the programme.
Officials also inspected parking facilities, traffic management plans, security arrangements and helipad preparations.
District authorities have stepped up preparations to ensure the event runs smoothly and visitors face no inconvenience.
District Magistrate Alok Kumar and Superintendent of Police Sandeep Kumar Meena are overseeing the arrangements, while the administration has deployed three SDMs to coordinate operations.
The projects will strengthen local infrastructure and drive Dhanghata’s long-term socio-economic development.
